Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to ArtGift. We specialize in customized and personalized products made specifically according to customer requirements. Since every product is uniquely created for each order, our Return & Refund Policy is as follows:

1. No Return / No Refund Policy

For all Customized and Personalized Products:

• Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

• Products are made based on the details provided by the customer, including names, photos, designs, text, size, and other customization preferences.

• Therefore, customers are requested to carefully review all details before placing an order.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive:

• a damaged product, or

• a wrong product,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process such requests, customers must provide:

• a clear unboxing video, and

• photos of the product.

After verification, we may provide a replacement if the issue is found to be genuine.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Order cancellations are not accepted once the order is placed.

• Customized orders are processed immediately; therefore, cancellation is not possible.
